Tactical Athlete Program

First Responders need to function at peak conditions at all times. Whether you’re preparing for the academy or are years into your career, your job requires extreme physical fitness. Allow me to help guide you with a fitness program that fits the demands of the job.

A day of pain can also lead to big financial and safety risks for both the individual and the department.  Let me assist you with reducing the risk of injury and addressing the small aches and pains before they become limiting.

Occupational - Injury Prevention
Lunch & Learn

Personal Programs

Interested in improving employee health and wellness?

Poor workspace design can lead to physical injuries. During the lunch & learn, I’ll address the ergonomic needs that are unique to your workspace. You’ll learn strategies to reduce the risk of common injuries and help build a happier, healthier work environment.

Employees who feel better, miss work less often and are more productive while they’re at work.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, wanting to enhance your athletic performance, or simply lead a healthier life, I'm here to help you achieve your goals.

All programs will start with a thorough movement analysis and baseline testing. Programs are customized to meet your individual needs, including current or previous injuries, time constraints, and available equipment.

Golf Evaluation

  • If you don’t assess, it’s just a guess.

To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. A proper screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics, biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health, and injury history.

The TPI movement screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a player’s physical capabilities. The results of that assessment are used to determine how technical elements of the player’s swing could be related to what their body can or cannot do. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. The plan may include fitness training, physical therapy and treatment, coaching of swing mechanics and biomechanics, nutrition, mental strategy or all of the above.

  • 1-Hour Evaluation: $100

Physical Therapy

  • Cash Based mobile Physical Therapy.

Cash based removes the barrier that insurance plans set with restrictions on how many visit will be covered and what kind of treatment can be provided. By selecting a cash based Physical Therapist, you take control of your own healthcare.

Call for a consultation and determine a location for your Evaluation and treatment. This could mean a house calls or worksite option.

  • General rate:
    $100 evaluation, $80 visit

    First Responder rate:
    $60 evaluation, $60 visit

Orthotic Evaluation

  • The alignment of your foot impacts the body in the same way that the alignment of our tires impacts our car. Don't let foot alignment issues disrupt your daily life any longer.

Custom orthotics are made from high quality materials built to handle tough conditions. Unlike store-bought inserts that wear out fast, custom orthotics will last longer, so you won't have to replace them as often.

When you schedule an evaluation you will receive either:

    1. A custom mold of your foot providing you with custom orthotics in as little as 2 weeks

    2. Physical Therapy home exercise plan. If I determine that your foot has good alignment, then maybe muscle imbalances is the cause of your pain. I’ll design an individualized program for you to complete to help you feel better.

  • Evaluation: $40

Each foot is different and requires different materials of the orthotic. Typical costs range between $120 - $180 and are billed by the manufacturer.
